Tasting Notes:
Just a lovely version of aged Bordeaux. The nose was excellent over three days, and the palate eventually followed. Cigar box, tobacco, capsicum, cedar. Nice round mouthfeel. Some small fine tannins still there after a few days. This will last for many more years, though I am not sure it will improve. So much better than I remember earlier bottles. Nice to know that patience pays off.
