巴迪酒庄(Chateau Barde-Haut)2012年升等為聖愛美濃列級酒莊（Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe）。Barde-Haut酒莊十分注重葡萄園的種植環境，崇尚傳統、天然的葡萄種植方法，從不使用殺蟲劑和除草劑，將傳統的釀酒工藝與現代技術相結合。
釀酒過程中酒莊採用重力自流法（Gravity Flow），避免外力作用和氧氣入侵對葡萄酒造成不利影響，極大程度保留葡萄果實自身的風味特點。更在屋頂上裝有太陽能電池板，配備了用於清潔和回收雨水的過濾裝置，同時還裝上了可供應戶外照明用電的小型風力渦輪機，成為Saint-Emilion地區首個完全實現綠色生產的酒莊。Barde-Haut酒款散發著黑色水果香氣，酒體飽滿，質地順滑，口感平衡。

With fresh herbs and polished black cherries, this round, forward and fresh wine leaves you with dusty tannins in the finish. From a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, the wine reached 13% alcohol with a pH of 3.45. 89-91 Pts
