Domaine Hudelot-Baillet創立於1970年代，現今是Chambolle-Musigny非常重要的在地酒莊，1981年，Joël Hudelot從父親手中接過Paul Hudelot接過酒莊，與妻子Chantal Baillet共同經營。2004年，Joël退休，現在酒莊交由從1998年來就共同工作的女婿Dominique Le Guen掌管。
