Tasting Note:
Shared with friends at a dinner party. Medium-deep purple-ruby in appearance with aromas of blackberry, cassis, saddle leather, bell pepper, and baking spice. On the palate – medium acid, medium+ tannin was soft and resolved, medium+ intensity, medium+ body, 14.0% abv with flavors of spicy dark fruit with earth and bell pepper notes and a medium+ finish. Really in a good spot upon opening showing excellent intensity and length.
