Background Information (背景資料)：
「周伯通」這個名字並非酒莊官方音譯，而是源於2006年國泰航空辦的命名大賽：2006年，當年金庸與蔡瀾評審，最終因其法文發音與經典武俠人物相似，且酒質風格「看似輕盈實則內功深厚」，選中了「周伯通」這個名字，更獲得金庸先生親自題字「周伯通」，成為流傳至今的佳話。

Tasting Notes (品酒筆記)：
Popped & poured. Bottle filled bottom neck, cork almost completely soaked but intact. Red fruit, red cherry, black currant, light chocolate, earth, cedar, tobacco, sous-bois, spices, and balsamic notes, with good, fresh acidity, mostly resolved tannin, and very good length. Mature. Consistent on day two. In a great place. Drink now.
