寶夢酒莊（Chateau Beaumont）是法國波爾多（Bordeaux）上梅多克（Haut-Medoc）產區的酒莊之一，在中級酒莊聯盟（L’Alliance des Crus Bourgeois）2012年發佈的中級酒莊（Cru Bourgeois）名單中榜上有名。
18世紀初期，寶夢酒莊所在的地方只是一片荒地。1772年，亨利·拉巴特（Henri Labarthe）成為這片土地的財產所有者，他將荒地重新規整，並開始種植葡萄藤。1824年，保林先生（Mr Bonnin）成為新的所有者，寶夢酒莊的葡萄園也正式成形。1890年，約瑟夫·熱爾曼（Joseph Germain）購得寶夢酒莊，並不斷提高葡萄酒的品質，使寶夢酒莊獲得波爾多中級莊的殊榮。此後，寶夢酒莊的所有權曾多次更迭，最終在GMF集團的手中獲得第12次新生。
酒庄占地面積114公頃，其中赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）的栽種比例為47%，梅洛（Merlot）45%和味而多（Petit Verdot）8%。所有這些葡萄樹的平均樹齡為20年，種植的密度為每公頃6,600-7,000株。寶夢酒莊的葡萄酒會在30%的新橡木桶中陳釀14個月，每年將更新三分之一的橡木桶。
Tasting Note:
Quite a good Haut Medoc without ever making the earth move. Good dark red colour, slightly fluid rim.
On the nose, dark fruit, smoky oak and spicy, savoury notes. Very much Medoc. Equal CS and Merlot plus some Petit Verdot, though the CS seems more evident.
The palate is quite fruity with cassis, plums and blackberry, maybe a touch of red fruits. The oak seems a bit old with a smoky character rather than vanilla and there are spicy, slightly peppery flavours at the end.
Overall, medium bodied, moderate acidity and lowish tannins. A nice wine that went well with quiche Lorraine and can easily be sipped on its own. Have 11 more so will drink sooner than later. Don’t expect Latour but very good at its price point.
