Tasting Note:
My wife opened this without me (didn’t realize I had planned to decant it and serve after I got home from a wine tasting), so my notes here are on day two of an uncorked bottle.
Dark and a bit brooding in appearance, the nose and palate give plummy notes and a medium plus finish that has slight licorice charateristics. This is nevertheless, a lifted and well-balanced Graves. I wish I had more of the bottle left! One more in the cellar. Drink over the next couple of years and decant for sediment.
