背景資料：
Sauternes是波爾多著名甜白酒產區，聞名天下的Chateau d’Yquem正是出產於此地。「滴金」的產量非常低，平均釀造1瓶酒需使用7棵樹的葡萄。此庄葡萄採摘在採摘過程中進行仔細地篩選，以確保挑選到沾染了貴腐黴的葡萄。挑選後的葡萄會壓榨三次進行發酵，發酵完成後，酒液會移至橡木桶中熟成3年左右。1855分評級中，滴金酒莊成了唯一的超一級酒庄。有人以「液體黃金」比喻此酒，也有人以音樂喻此酒「聽莫扎特（Mozart），空氣中依舊是莫扎特；喝一小口滴金後，感受到的還是滴金」！

Tasting Notes:
Insanely good. Slight VA but adds so much lift. Black chestnuts, dried figs, honey, ginger cake, the finish is so textural and fun. I could drink this wine forever if it wasn’t so expensive. Perfection.

Gorgeous nose that offers quite subtle notes of caramel, apricot, honey, hay, a bit of baking spices, and saffron. Great balance on the palate with moderately sweet flavors of dried apricot, toffee, honey, and lemon. Very long finish. Incredibly beautiful and very complex wine.
